My name is Sam, and I live in Sardinia—not as an expat with a vacation home, but right here, living my everyday life.
I ended up here for love. What started out as following my heart quickly turned into something much bigger. I fell just as in love with the island as I did with the reason I came here.
I’ve always wanted to share what I’ve discovered here with other international people. I noticed this myself, too—in my previous job in the Netherlands, the topic would often come up naturally, and I’d see the same surprised reaction every time: people who had no idea how much this island has to offer.
That was the moment for me to do something about it.

Most travel agencies that offer trips to Sardinia do so alongside ten other Italian destinations.
I do one thing: I help internationals discover the real Sardinia. Based on my own experience, my own network, and my own daily life here—not from a travel guide.
My Approach
Why I'm Not (Yet) a Travel Agency
I currently work as an independent travel consultant, providing personalized advice and referrals to local partners whom I know and trust personally.
My goal is to continue expanding this network and, over time, grow it into a full-fledged travel agency. Until then, I’m consciously choosing to build a solid foundation of trust rather than trying to grow too big too fast.
